I had two, now three endgame files after having quickly beaten Saren again. The first is a Lvl 46 Normal Difficulty Infiltrator that shows up all fine and dandy for import. The next two are a Lvl 59 Hardcore Infiltrator that was continued from the first file which are showing up in the import list, but are yellow and unselectable. The only problem I can think of is that I abused Lorik Qui'in in the secondary files and maxed out both the Paragon and Renegade bars. Is there something I'm missing here?

Did you try using the D-pad to select your characters? That worked for me. The analog sticks don't work on that screen.
