As the title describes, there's a problem with the Quest Tracker in the UI. The problem I'm getting right now is that the quest tracker is interchanging between two fetch quests that have the same item utilized and they keep flashing and updating.
The items in question are elfroot and blood lotus. The locale is in the Storm coast; however, I feel that the later information does not matter.
UPDATE: It seems the matter resolved itself after alt-tabing and writing this post. Odd.
