No news whatsoever.
You should already see new armor showing up in the game today. I think this announcement from a few days ago counts as news : http://blog.bioware....for-dragon-age/
its definitely not going to be free.
All of our MP DLC is free. I think we've said that in every instance we've mentioned DLC.
