Last night we got reports of the DLC appearing again in the 'available content' window before vanishing again... now we see that the 'announcements' forum has disappeared from the DAO forums listing (was at the top of the list for a bit).
Could this mean something is in the works for a content rollout?

No, I highly doubt it.

the announcements was moved into the archived forums either yesterday or possibly the day before.
