They have the same armor rating as their Tier 2 counterpart but with different looks.
I'd suggest keeping the T2 armor if you already have them, don't wanna waste limited inventory slots.

aah cool, i may try the reaver one as i dont like the current T2. Would also be interesting to see if they work with the Katari and Necro?

I'm happy to say they have fixed the original T2 armor appearance. Not yet tried the new armors on them since I have to save my inventory slots, having too much unique accessories and armor upgrades can never be a good thing ![]()

hmm my Katari and Nexro T2 still look the same with the old T2...or did you mean they are fixed with these new Inq armors?

Well, I can confirm that katari and necro inquisition armors DO show up (unlike their tier 2). However...necros armor looks pretty awful. Its just slight variations on her armor, one without the metal arm guard and one with pants instead of the cool robe (her only redeeming feature, visually).

At least they are adding content but...well, I don't know. Not really thrilled that after you craft the inquisition armor a NEW armor unlocks (what I assumed would be t3, since inquisition armor is equivalent to t2 stats) but they both give the same stats...why bother having one unlock after the other...
To be clear, crafting the inquisition armor unlocks the ability to craft different colorations of the inquisition armor...ALONG with another "tier" of armor. Crafting THAT new armor also unlocks different colorations, but once again, all of these have the same stats.
Very perplexing, does bioware even know what they are doing at this point?

They are using content which allrdy exists, I wonder if the multiplayer dev team managed to make anything themselves or use assets allrdy there?44
So i bought most but not colour alternatives, reaver is ok, templar is ok, legionnaire is alright.
Everything else generic to the max or ugly to the max.
EDIT oh wait still need to check alchemist.

Templar looks neat, katari looks neat (big metal pauldrons), all of the ones posted in this thread (aside from templar) look awful.

I disagree with this. They are outfitted like your soldiers in Inquisition worn in the SP campaign. Which imo is pretty cool.

well the Arishok Plates look cool, makes the Katari look like a DA2 qunari, the Archer one is the same as the elementalist, Legionanaire looks quite good too
Just need someone to take pics of the Assassin, Alchemist, Hunter and Arcane Warrior

How did you neatly embed your pics in your post? I can post all new MP models but I would like to host them on here if possible, rather than on imgur or something.

Host them on imgur, copy the DIRECT url to the image, click this icon that I circled, paste, voila.

Okay, thanks for your help, Bastion. Here is the album, it includes all new DAMP armour models: https://imgur.com/a/pSxGl
Alternatively, here's a new thread with the embedded pictures for easy reference.
