So if I got 2 weapons, 1 does 200 DPS and has +6 strength bonus, the other does (for example) 210 damage and has no bonus. What weapon do I choose? Because I don't know how much extra damage that +6 strength does...? Shoot me if it's a dumb question...;-)

Otherwise. The answer is: It depends on which stat, and your current balance of stat.

nope, the answer is the 210 damage weapon.

it deals 5% more damage then the other one (regardless of your stats)

then the 5% extra damage are uneffected by enemy armor, so its actually more then 5% damage increase unless the target is a mage or you already have 100% armorpen

6 strength is 3% attack und 3% guarddamage

if you have 0% attack und 0% bonus damage to guard to start with, thats a 3% damage increase on health and a 6,09% damage increase against guard

if you have more attack% or guard% to start with the relative benefit will be less

so with a level 1 warrior attacking a target with 0 armor (a mage) that for some reason has guard (mages dont have guard), said mage would need to have an uptime of 65% or more on his guard to take more damage from the 6 strength instead of the 5% higher base damage

from there on the entire calculations simply goes more and more in the favor of the higher base damage weapon

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man tofish and you feed him for a lifetime.

Remember that quote. It helps people to learn things, not to get the answer.

you seem to disagree with that statement ("the answer is")

my intend wasnt really to give him the answer, but to correct the flawed answer he already got
