Ok, Bioware I am practically on my hands and knees begging you all for my Inquisitor to give Cullen a gift after the intimate night.
My suggestion is: You purchase a new sword schematic in Val only for Cullen. Go to Skyhold make it, Go to Cullen and a cut scene plays out.
From that point on Cullen uses the sword your female Inquisitor has given him.
