I can't import world saves from keep into dragon age inquisition. Is it a problem with the profile or something else? When I try to import them the game says that I need to import.

Hm. You're logged in with the correct account right? As well as a legal copy (of course)? Also, you've got Inquisition linked with your EA-account?

 

If the answers is yes, yes and yes. Then:

- Make sure you've exported the World State. To do that - go to the Dragon Age Keep (and work your way through the insane amount of checks). Select the World State you want to export/import. (That can be found at the menu at the top-left hand (click on the left of Tapestry, on the symbol there) and select Worldstate then. Then you can select one (the editable worldstates or 'Shared by your friends'), click on it and click on 'Load to Keep')

Then on the top rightside of the Keep, click there and a menu should come out. Scroll down and click on the big red 'Export to Inquisition'-button.

- After this you *should* be able to import the World State. Note: sometimes it might take up to 15 minutes (mostly within a few minutes) before the Keep has the cache all set up. Also, it might be an idea - just for the sake of prudence - to not launch Inquisition yet during this timeframe, so the game upon connect loads the most fresh state for sure.

I'm logged into the right account but it says I'm only connected to a PC version. I know for a fact it's the right account though.

Are you playing from the PC version of DA:I or one of the consoles. If console you need to make sure your xbox/PSN account is linked to your origin account.

That's the thing I'm on a console. I've never used a PC for dragon age other then the keep.
