For some reason, the site won't let me register my copy of the game. I go to the page, follow the instructions, and enter the UPC code, but it's not working. I've tried a number of variatios, but no luck.

The site IS now seeing my character, and updating, but I still can't enter the promocodes, I just get an error message when I try.

What the heck is going on?
