Go play the Sims, then. :P

Being successful in Sims 4 required more micromanaging than any fight in DA:2 or DA:I.

this makes me laugh, ive seen so much about how DAI is so cliche, and how all these other rpg games were better.  Yeah, all the ones they usually list have the same basic plot, basically PC goes from normal to hero so he/she can save the world.  Going on a smaller scale is a fresh idea that they tried with da2, but because people dont like different, they hated it.  I wouldnt mind if they went small again, i think mixing things up keeps it from getting boring... looking at you assassin's creed

Greater flexibility in the role that the protagonist can play would be appreciated. Getting tired of always having to be the glorified diplomat/babysitter who gets everyone to play well with each other.

F*ck that sh*t. I want to blow something up, I want to kick somebody's ass and destroy whoever stands in my way be they "good" or "bad".

And I swear if I have to endure one more "savior" narrative, I'll lose my god damn mind.

Well we weren't saving the world in DA2 you were trying to hold a city together. And with Aveline being guard captain she would sometimes put Hawke in his/her place if you pissed her off enough. On The Long Road "To the barracks, double time Hawke" and I saw a YouTube clip of Aveline punching Hawke, that never happened with me tho. It seemed to me that sometimes Hawke would have to answer to Aveline and I liked that, it was like Hawke wasn't always the boss and there were things Hawke just couldn't prevent.

Totally what I want as well.

I'm getting so bored of Bioware's "Hero's Journey" formula that they have used for 10 of their 11 published games (or there about's)

Same thing over & over & over. For the ME trilogy it was okay as you were playing the same protagonist for the 3 games. Part 1, 2 & 3

But in Dragon age, we have played as 3 different heroes already, saved the world twice & we have only explored 2 countries (And a city) so far with NO END in sight.

We still have about 5 different countries & cultures to get through so what's that, about 3 more games at least? And that's not even counting the **** that needs to be warped up from the previous games.

Special snowflake hero gathers an army & Saves the world 3 more times?

You can only save the world so many times before it looses its meaning.

Bioware's story telling would benefit SOO MUCH if they adopted telltale's style of story telling. Multiple protagonists per game all across thedas.

And ANOTHER thing! Why do these people deserve to be saved? What makes them so f*cking special?

Kirkwall deserved to be obliterated. Orlais would have benefited from Anders, only the Origins people were ok, Fereldan, was ok.
