Not just the 360 players. I just have the PC Collector's Edition and it won't work for me either. Added it in game, can't connect to the Cerberus Network. I try to add it on the social site, and it says key is already in use.

Well, it seems I'm hosed like the other PC CE buyers. But in the CE code, then the Cerberus code, and the Cerberus code came back as the CE armor, and now it says my code is used up.

the instructions are so vague. I redeemed 2 codes and have no idea how to get it working on my 360. I've read a few comments here but is it just plain not working? I also have no idea how to connect my LIVE account to my EA account. They have the same email.

I'm new here so I'm completely lost...Alright so it prompts you to do so when you start up the game.  Guess that's what I get for not doing that yet.  Looks like I got everything I should of except for the Zaeed character or whatever...but I read that wad delayed?  I think?

For those people like myself who can no longer access the email address used for their gamer tag live id, you can change the windows live id associated with your GT pretty easily. And new live id's are really easy to set up. Its still a bit more messing around but at least it makes it possible for us.

I have the Xbox 360 version, I input the code, finally got the DLC to show up on XBL and in game I recieved the email, however I am still unable to pick up the armor from the designated drop site, can anyone help me?

Ok, installed the game and everything is great. Logged into this account which is the same as my ea account and when the cerberus code input screen came up, I entered my CE Cerberus Network Card Code in. Everything seemed to go great except I don't think I have the cerberus network working properly - it still says on my menu screen that I can activate cerberus network. I already did!



So I come here to enter my cerberus code through the social site and it tells me my code has already been used (it has - I entered it ingame, under this account). So... where's my cerberus DLC options?



From my DLC screen on the social site I can download blood dragon armor, the CE armor/rifle and the gamestop preorder gun/armor. That's it.

This isn't working. Last night I redeemed my collectors weapon and armor code, then my terminus weapon and armor, and then my Cerberus card. Each one brought me to a DL page however I got the same page for both the collector's items and the Cerberus card. I downloaded both, I've restarted my computer multiple times and tried to access the Cerberus network in game and it still asks my to input a code and when I do input it, it says it's already been used.

I am experiencing this same issue.

my verberus network code gave , the collector armor and my collectors armor code said it was already in use... wtf im really disappointed with bioware right now

Is it alright if my xbox login e-mail (When I login to the Xbox live website and when I recover my gamertag) is different than my account e-mail (The E-mail address I recieve all of my account info and promos from)?

Yeah I'm getting screwed around too, first I preordered my Collectors Edition from EB Games...which from what I hear is basically now just Gamestop and I didn't get a Terminus Armor code. But I thought oh well probably my mistake but now I'm getting the whole "Cerberus card redemption gives me Collectors armor" issue. So I got two downloads now for Collectors armor...none for Terminus Armor, and now I can't use my Cerberus card, their better be a fix for this soon...

What I dont understand is. With the massive failure that was the Dragon Age DLC launch. Why do they continue to do this retarded Bioware Social site redemption thing. Why not just have the codes and put them in via xbl or your game on the pc. Why force us to sign up and link and all this uneeded bs

I'm also getting the same error, redeemed the code for the cerberus network on this site and it gave me the option to download the collector armor / weapon again but still asks me for the code in-game and won't allow me to access the network. Everyone is yearning for some bounty hunter love already. PC collector's edition btw.

Good luck with that.  You do it at EA.com but I'm getting the error message "System Error. Please try again later."  I have been getting that error message for two days now and no one can answer why.

I just don't get this. Does Bioware just not like paying customers? They make FANTASTIC games, some that I would call masterpieces. But they blow it by doing stupid stuff like this.



There better be a fix for this soon. I want access to the cerberus network and I'm NOT paying another 15 dollars to get it.

Can't get into the Cerberus Network thingy.

I put in the code while I was still installing (at the 'redeem code' portion of this site), and now, when I click on the redeem code button and input my code, it says it's already been redeemed. Now what?
