Sorry, I don't mean to sound trollish, but I'm thinking, Chris Priestly/Gamestop Cerberus Code redemption and CLARIFICATION equals oxymoron.  Anyone else getting RTO flashbacks.

Same issue here. I redeemed the codes on my Social Bioware account, rather than booting the game up and using the code in the game, because the instructions specifically said to use the Bioware site. But, I don't think my 360 GT is tied to my Social Bioware site, and I have no idea how to make that connection happen. As a result, I feel like my codes and preorder were totally wasted. Why isn't there a EA.com Login inside Mass Effect 2? Or is there something I'm just not seeing?

So I'm a ****** and downloaded all of this online. Now I can't use it on my Xbox becasue it says Code in already in use. Is there anyway around this or am I just SOL?

signed up for the bioware social network with an email address that wasn't linked to my xbox live account.

redeemed both the cerberus network code and collector armor / rifle code with the account

realized that i had the wrong account and deleted it.

now i'm signed in with the correct account that IS linked to my xbox live gamertag.

but the codes are invalid as i've already entered them!

am i screwed? i am not paying 12 bucks for the cerberus network when i should have it for free

ok, so I've done that and the cerberus network shows up as the normandy crash site in my registered game promotions. Have I done everything correctly and as soon as I turn on my 360 the cerberus network will show up? or am I doomed to fail? btw, this process was rather confusing :/

Collectors Edition PC. Used the code on the site and it said registration successful. No download link was given and when i use the key again it says in use.

i tried the chat and they cancled it on me, so they apperntly dont want to take the time to tell any one whats going or help any one, if i could jsut delete an account or move my gamertag every thing would be so much easier

Is it possible to use all your codes on the xbox and not this site? Because I have no idea if my id here is linked to my EA acount or how to do so.



My EA acount list my XBL gamertag, my spore ID, my EA acount ID, and DRAGON AGE then numbers which I assume is my dragon age ID which is linked to this.



I have been played ME2 offline because I dont want to misuse the codes.

This is the issue I'm having but in reverse.  It has my Gamertag, but says my PSN ID is in use.  I have a feeling this is going to be an issue trying to get by Blood Armor since I got DA:O on the PS3 and ME2 on the 360.

Wow, I have never had these problems when I redeemed my codes on X-box live. Just allow the dlc to take place in the Xbox live que and you will have less problems.

You're in good shape then.  Your Bio account here is anEA account - so long as 'steve1945' shows up in that list somewhere (or alternatively you can see DragonAge___[number] in your profile here) you're in good shape.

I've read most of this topic, but a few questions:



My social account and my XBL account both use the same email. Do I have to specifically link the XBL to my EA account or is it already linked by using the same email?



I'm not sure if my gamertag is linked as one of my personas. It has my Gamertag name listed, but there's an underscore in the middle so I'm not sure if it's really my gamertag or something else.

My thanks. Now I can enjoy some delicious blood dragon armor, and the collectors armor and incisser rifle, and Inferno armor and all my Dr pepper promos iv hoarded

It looks like this is a common issue. I also followed the instructions as given, upon registration received the collector's set that I already had downloaded, and now can not access the Cerberus Network as my code is in use.

Given that so many people are having the same issue, it will probably be resolved soon rather than later (I hope!)

also, when I redeemed the code online here I didn't realize the download link for the Terminus armor & weapon was for pc only and pressed the link, but didn't DL to my comp cuz when I got the save promt I knew what was going on. Have i screwed myself when I turn on my xbox or am I ok?

is windows live ID email the email for my xbl gamertag and if its different than this email does that matter? and i entered my code on here like it said to do on the card.. but now i need an in-game code?

Also getting the message about the code already being redeemed. Hoping it's just something wrong with the servers and that I can redeem it tonight or tomorrow.

If it turns out some pimply thieving Gamestop employees have been stealing them though I'm going to hit the roof.

I'm also noticing that there doesn't seem to be a way to redownload the CE stuff that I was registered for? Seriously?

It should say underneath - if it is your gamertag, it should say something like "XBox Live Gamertag."  If it doesn't say that, it's something else.  Unfortunately lots of work seems to be involved.  It's possible that just turning on the game (while signed in to your XBL gamertag) and then logging in to your EA account in-game will link them.  Not everyone is getting that result, though - even of the people without the multiple EA accounts problem. 

If your gamertag is not currently associated: I would turn the game on, attempt to give it your main EA account (the one here presumably), and then check EA's site to see whether the gamertag is there.  If it still isn't, attempt to add it as a persona.  If that doesn't work, EA Support it is.

Reminder to everyone - be very very careful about inputting codes before you've established that the relevant accounts are linked.  There should be a fix for that problem eventually, but you're better off being safe and making sure your EA account is linked to your 360 XBL gamertag before inputting anything.
