My Cerberus Network only offers me Blood Dragon Armor and the Normandy Crash Site mission, no Zaeed download. Is he supposed to appear in the Network menu or is he already ingame?

so i know this is a cerebus code help....but i have already done that...ummmm i just need help with the terminus gear + weapon....like i go to mass effect.com i do the code and its DLd on my comp, but when i run me2 on my 360 nuthin.......can someone help me with that? maybe like clearer instructions then what u get from gamestop?

Sorry all, we've had some delays with Zaeed. Your cerberus account should still be able to access normandy crash.

Okay guys I'm heading out to start playing I really hope everyone is able to get their DLC working. This entire process was quite a bit more complicated than it needed to be.

now i need to go to ea but im not seeing any gamertag persona or login screen...maybe im just dumb lol

Me too, I see him the network menu but I can't download the content. Does anyone know what I have to do to get him?

I have a question. Has anyone had the problem of not getting their stuff, but after the linking issue was resolved it started working?



I noticed some people saying not to do it until the linking is resolved and I was just curious if something happens to the accounts.

I got my DLC stuff worked out but the instructions are highly misleading and inaccurate.

EA/Bioware Social Network have the same Email/Username---This is key
Log on to the EA.com site with said Email/Username----Attempt to add your Xbox live Persona
If this doesn't work boot up ME2 on the Xbox 360
DO NOT ENTER the DLC code yet!!
Log into your EA/Bioware Social Network account from the in-game prompt
Go back on the web to the EA.com site
Log back into your account using the EA/Bioware Social Network Email/Username
Your Xbox live gamertag should be displayed under your persona
Head to http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php
Make sure you see your Gamertag displayed
If your gamertag is displayed you may enter in your DLC codes w/o fear

I cannot add my persona to my EA account, it's frustrating. Why didn't they just do a 5x5 for the code to be on the marketplace? And what is Bioware/EA doing to help people with this?

I simply don't know what to do. I have successfully linked my accounts together, only because I had to create a new Bioware Social Network account to link with EA. I could not add my persona to the previous EA account.



The only problem is: now I cannot redeem the code because I unsuccessfully attempted to do so previously. MAN. Anyway, if it helps, new Bioware Social is pcalahan1.



Any further assistance would be appreciated.

Ok, I did what a lot of you guys did. I simply followed the instructions on the back of the Cerberus Network card, which says to redeem the code here. I did, and it doesn't show up in the game. I can't get my xbox gamertag to connect with my EA account. Very frustrating.

I just picked up the game, and tried to input my code on bioware social, and it came up as an invalid code. My accounts are all linked successfully, so I really dont know what the problem could be.



Does anybody have any advice?

I had (and still have) this problem with Dragon Age. My XBox live account was created years ago, I don't even remember the password anymore since the XBox just automagically logs in everytime. I didn't use my regular email address because I wanted to keep personal email, and any game emails separate. When I created my EA.com account, since at the time it was for a PC game, I created it using my regular email address. When I created my profile here I used my regular email account, after all it was meant to be accessed when I was online on my computer, not online from my XBox.



My DA Xbox profile never did show here, although I had no problems downloading the DA DLC, but my profile wouldn't ever show up. I contacted EA support, and they wanted me to change my xbox live account to use my regular email, which I do not want to do. What is on the xbox is for the xbox, what I use to access via PC is for the PC.



Why anybody thought up this whole linking the xbox to all these different sites and different accounts is nothing but a giant PITA.



So I'm assumning because my xbox live account and ea account aren't linked, I cannot use the Cerebus Network nor download the GameStop Preorder DLC? A giant giant rip off, and I'm extremely upset.



I do not want to link my xbox account with any PC oriented online account. So now what do I do.?.?.?

Does your email address used for Bioware / EA account has to be the same as your email address used for your gamer tag?

 I Think EA or Bioware should do something to about this  i was up tell the time it was relessed at midnight tell 6 in the morning trying meany ways to try to get this to work and every thing i try does not work <_<

I get nothing. After redeeming them here on the site, nothing prompts me on my 360 to load anything. Including connecting to the Cerberus Network. Just get the "key in-use" message. I followed all the instructions as stated so why am I in the dark with no armor and guns?
