Upon logging into keep, all I see is text.

It looks like this:

________________

-Tapestry

-World States

-Heroes

-Career

...

Welcome to the Dragon Age Keep

etc.

No graphics, no tiles, nothin that would permit any sort of real function. Am using Chrome and it has worked fine in the past. Reloading doesn't work, updating all plug-ins was fruitless,

So, I really just have just one question; WTF?

Are you using any plugins?

Although I doubt that's it - you don't happen to have removed HTML5/Flash/anything like that?

Nope. Browser is configured in the same way it was when it last accessed the site without issue - which was probably about a month ago.

Oh, I should add that the log-in page loads as expected. All graphics load fine. It is just once beyond that point that it is reduced to text only.

Strange... Hmm... I assume you've closed the browser and cleared the cache (either with the inbuilt cleaner in Windows or with something like CCleaner)?

If not - might give it a try. If that doesn't work - try to update Shockwave, Flash and Chrome itself (Menu -> About Chrome).

If that doesn't work either.. it might be time to resort to Support.

Nope, unfortunately, none of that worked. I did double check it, just to be sure.

Very frustrating.

Anyway, cheers for the suggestions. It's appreciated.

Hey there, do you have any browser extensions enabled (ie. Adblock, Hola, etc.)? If so, please try disabling them and re-visiting the Keep. Also, are you using a Microsoft Surface tablet by chance? We've seen this issue appear on that device before.

No, to all of those questions, unfortunately.

Why would Hola affect it?

Okay, we've cleared the cache on our end, so please try accessing the Keep again and let us know if you're still experiencing the same thing.

Why would Hola affect it?

Any browser extension could prevent the CSS from loading - I just used Hola as an example, not singling it out in particular.

Cleared everything this side again prior to trying and, frustratingly, still no luck.

Could it possibly be a bandwidth issue? My connection speed seems fine at the moment but it has been problematic over the last couple weeks.

Hmm, connection speed shouldn't have that kind of effect. Can you please do me a favour, and visit the Keep. Once there, open up the developer console in Chrome by pressing F12. Then, let me know what it says in both the 'Network' and 'Console' tabs. You can PM me if you wish, or paste it here.

Thanks!

I'm having the same problem on my galaxy s5 running chrome. I was able to log in and and view/interact with my tapestry just fine yesterday morning, but yesterday afternoon I only see a list as the original poster described, and it still looks that way today

Same problem here. I logged yesterday without problems and today it is saying to me "You're using a browser we don't support on the Dragon Age Keep" (¿?) I'm using firefox just like yesterday.

Please, help :(

Update: We've tried a few things on our end that may have fixed the issue. Please try clearing your cache, restarting your browser and visiting the Keep once more. If you're still getting the issue, please let me know. :)
