There seems to be some confusion by Gamestop customers when they enter their Cerberus promotion code in the activation screen.

Please do this:
Go to the Code Redemption page here: http://social.bioware.com/redeem/
Enter the Cerberus code you received from Gamespot (This applies to both PC and Xbox 360 copies)
PC Users will get a file to download and install. Please do so. Then restart the game and you will get your Cerberus activation.
Xbox 360 users DO NOT need to download the file. Simply redeem the code, restart your game and you will get access to the Cerberus network.

We hope this makes things clearer. We are adding this message to the redemption page now as well.

I redeemed my Cerberus code in game and did not get access to the Cerberus Network. It gave me Collector's items and now says my code is used.

Unable to redeem code.

That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again.



When I look in my Game Promo's I do not see a Cerebus activation to download.

Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated

Likewise. The only items I have available for download are the Collector's Armor/Weapon and the Blood Dragon Armor. Curiously, on both PC and Xbox 360, even though I bought the PC version of the Collector's Edition.

I was thinking the same thing, but... pretty sure it's the Terminus Code.  I have an issue with the Cerberus Code.

The Cerberus Network code seems to be providing players with the collectors weapons and armor rather than activating the Cerbersus Network.

Yup, got this problem. Brought me to the collectors armor and weapon after entering the Cerberus code on this site. Afterwards, in-game said my code was in use.

I'm having the same problem with the CE cerberus code, it gave me CE amour and weapon but no cerberus

Yup, my Cerberus code gave me Collectors stuff. I haven't used the actual Collectors code, not until this Cerberus thing gets corrected because there's no point in having TWO Collectors items as stuff I can redeem.

Yeah same issue here, No activation for cerberus just added another CE armor and weapon.

I think we can all agree:



Yes- we can download the extra content like the terminus armore and want-not. This was never the case of a proble with the PC versions.



No- we cannot use the Cerberus Netowrk code IN GAME to access the network as the code states it is already in use.

Well see, I didn't even get a code for the Terminus Armor/Blackstorm Weapon, but that's probably the fault of GameStop and not Bioware, but who's to say?



But yeah, foisys, the common issue is not being able to access the Cerberus Network and the content it comes with.

Same - Mass Effect PC Collector's Ed - Entered the Cerberus Network key in and now I can't access it and it says it's already in-use when trying to redeem in game.



Can we get an official reply here?

Man I hope this gets address correctly. It seems like the code for the collectors armor and ceberus code are both on and the same on their servers or something. I got the same result last night when I picked up my midnight launch copy of Collectors Edition. It opened up my browser and prompted me to download the CE_Armor.exe again.



I am at work right now so I wish it gets fixed when I get home

Ceberus Code doesn't work. Everytimes, I am trying to log into cerberus network, the game said : the key code is already in use. I follow the instruction perfectly on the card, what goes wrong ? Did i need to put the code in my 360's first ? Explain, cause i'm ****** off !

Same issue. Entered Cerberus network code on site. Provided an ME2_Collectors.exe file. Ran the file. When I log into the game, it asks me to activate Cerberus and then tells me my code is already in use. Lame.
