I redeemed the code but was not directed to any file to install.



When I enter it in game it is telling me it is used.

Enter the Cerberus code you received from Gamespot (This applies to both PC and Xbox 360 copies)
PC Users will get a file to download and install. Please do so. Then restart the game and you will get your Cerberus activation.
Xbox 360 users DO NOT need to download the file. Simply redeem the code, restart your game and you will get access to the Cerberus network.

I also registered my game and its not showing up that I have registered under my games.

Same for me too.



I am unable to "connect" in-game to active the Cerberus Network as it says my code is used. I have entered once in-game. Exited the game before the character was created as I needed to manually import the ME 1 characters using the Configurator. When I reentered into the game, it prompted me to enter the code again.



I have the Collector's items. But not able to activate the network.

This problem gives me a slightly warm feeling inside, as it hopefully will be fixed til i get my game =)



For those that are experiencing problems with the cerberus network, dont worry about having to buy a new access key, bioware will probably fix it soonish

Same boat. Used the code, tells me it's been used. Didn't do a thing for me. I also activated collector/terminus armors last night. Those two worked fine.

I redeemed my Cerberus code on the site here. Got no link to any download from it and when I go in game and enter the code there when it tells me to it says code in use. This is frankly annoying to say the least.

LIkewise. Cerberus Network was the first code I entered but it allowed me to download the Collectors Items, not when I try to use the code again it's in use.

My codes aren't working either for both the collector's armor set and the cerberus network card. The Terminus armor and Blood Dragon armor for ME2 worked fine of course.

Same here. Did the Redeem code from my Collectors edition and it's now saying it's in use but the service isn't in my game or available to download. All my other CE material has successfully downloaded through the redemption system. If possible can you ensure this is corrected ASAP?

I downloaded and input everything correctly it just doesn't show up in my game and I downloaded content BEFORE i started my game I really wanna use the armor... It doesn't show up in my personal terminal like it says it would

Gamestop opened about an hour and a half late today and now the Cerberus code doesn't work in game. Not a good day so far.

Got the PC Collector's edition straight from the EA Store, tried to register my Cerberus network code, says it's already been used. How exactly do I go about correcting this as I too would like to start playing the game?

So I entered my code on the pc, downloaded the file, turned the game on in my 360, accessed my private console thingy and ... NOTHING! How the heck do you go about redeeming the armor and gun?? ANYONE? HELP!

I just entered my code and it said CE armor and weapon when I already put that in! It doesn't list Cerberus under redeemed codes either. This is not turning out good. =/

If you bought the Xbox 360 CE from the EA Store, does your Cerberus code get e-mailed to you or does it come in the package?

I was all excited to get home and play the game last night and I ended up being up till 3 am trying to get this code to work and i still get the same "already used" error message *sigh*

My Cerberus Network card code also came out as a CE armor weapon code when I registered it on the web page. Its worrysome because it does not even show two entries for the CE armor even though I had a code for that as well. I hope this is fixed soon.

P.S. My copy is also the PC collections edition.

Surprise, surprise... my Cerberus code did the same thing...


I might also want to point out one unrelated incident... not a technical issue, but interesting nonetheless. I baught my collectors edition of the game of the shelf from a small game store at West Edmonton Mall called "Play Me"... three days before the official release date.
