A few posts down Bioware said that there was an issue with the Cerberus code for the collectors edition PC version. said something along the lines of it being the wrong code. The network itself is up, but they're working on a way to get us valid codes as soon as possible.

I'm really beginning to wonder if I should have disregarded the instructions on the Cerberus Network code card and just waited to put the code into the game. CE PC edition, as well. Put the code in like the pretty card said to, and now, nothing to show for it.



Not like you would think to do that naturally... So much for my early jump into the game!

I registered on the site. I was given a collector DLC .exe and I now cannot redeem it in game.

PC Collector's Edition, preordered from GameStop in Canada, same issue as everyone else. Hoping for a speedy resolution, as I'd rather not play the game until I can get set up properly. :3

I have the exact same problem, ingame it says my code is already in use and I have no file to download on my account page.

Please fix. I want what I paid for.

I sincerely hope that a fix is in the works for those of us that followed the instructions on the card, and are now stuck with the "key code already in use" message when trying to activate Cerberus Network in-game.



I don't know many people that run off to check web forums prior to using their key-codes -- especially when the instructions are printed right on the darn things. >.<

Haveing the same issue here. I put my Cerberus code in all goes fine when I hit the DLC page it wants it again tells me it's already in use and the only downloads I can get are for the weapons and armor I have the CE of ME2.

Well Well Well... I can't say I am the least bit surprised! 
Bioware is well known for scamming people... Mark my words it will be like mass effect one all over again. Everybody that has these problems are going to be accused of piracy because its just NOT possible for bioware to make a mistake.  At least we can actually save our game in ME 2 and use the planet menu without blue screening.

Same problem for me too. Entered the code online, got no download. I can get the Terminus gear, the Blood Dragon armor and the CE armor and weapons, but not access to the Cerberus network or a Cerberus download with the others on the promo page. In game, it says my code already has been redeemed.

Guh same issue as most people here...didn't get my Terminus Armor code, even tho I preordered (from EB games tho) and now my Cerberus code is only good for collectors armor apparantly...hoping for a fix

Same problem with me, collectors edition pc, redeemed the code like it told me to on the card, and it said the code was redeemed but did not give me any download file, tried it again in game and said the code was already in use. Just like everyone else.

I redeemed the Cerberus code at the link given and was not supplied with a link to download...Now when I try to enter it in game it just says it is already in use.

I have the same issue.. PC Collectors edition. Used Cerberus key, gave me collectors armor. When I tried to use it to connect to the network said key was in use. Although I played the game till about 4am last night... My bed was calling, and work was around the corner.



so far, AWESOME GAME. Graphics on my box are amazing!! Thanks bioware..

Hopefully they'll get it sorted soon, I have the collector's edition as well, hopefully they can just find a way to activate it through here, assuming our retail keys ID us as collector's edition purchasers

I'm also having this problem. Was prompted to input the code, did so, apparently had CE armour validated, but subsequently told that cerberus code doesn't work any more. Someone please post a fix of some sort, or, in the event that such a thing does not exist, Someone send me a bleeding replacement code!
