Same issue, CE retail from Amazon.com. I hit refresh and tried to submit and got the code is already in use message.

Same issue here entered my Cerberus code on the site and it gave me the collector's items download and now in game says my code is already used.

Same here, entered in my Cerberus card ingame and it says the code is in use already. hope the issue is fixed soon.

I entered my Cerberus Network code and it activated my CE armor and weapon, but not the Cerberus Network. Social Site now tells me my code has already been used.  My guess is that the factory that printed the Cerberus cards for the CE accidentally put the CE armor code on it instead of the Cerberus code.

I am receiving the same error, as well. PC CE retail box, used collectors' item redemption code first, downloaded the .exe to install the goodies, which worked fine. Than went to the link posted in the OP, input the code on my Cerberus Network card that came in the CE box, than it sent me to a page to download the .exe for the collectors' items AGAIN, for the exact same file, no byte level difference, same size and timestamp. I than started up the game and the only option is to redeem my cerberus network code, no option to use an existing account with an attached cerberus network code. I than tried using my code again and it states it is already in use.

same issue with my cerebus code from the collector's edition i got at best buy. no download for cerubus listed on the download i wonder if they just don't have it posted yet...

I'm in the same boat as everyone else in this thread - PC Collectors Edition, registered and downloaded/installed the Collector Armor/Weapon, Inferno Armor, and Blood Dragon Armor, but when I tried to activate the Cerberus Network card it unlocked the Collector Armor/Weapon again, and now the in-game 'Redeem your Cerberus Network code' prompt tells me the code has already been used.

I am also having the same problem others here are reporting. I got the CE of Mass Effect 2 (PC) from Gamestop (Toronto, Ontario, Canada), followed the procedure Chris Priestly wrote, was prompted to download the Collectors' Weapon and Armor after inputting the Cerberus Code (which I installed), started-up Mass Effect 2, was prompted to enter the Cerberus Code, and got an error stating it was already used. I hope this issue gets resolved soon.

Same here. Entered Cerberus code in game and got sent to download screen with collectors and terminus which I had already downloaded and installed. PC ME2 CE

Installed the DDE from the EAstore last night, used my codes got Cerberus acces and all that on the social site but when I check today the entire `redeemed items` lay-out has changed and Cerberus Network isn`t activated anymore.

GG, Dragon Age DLC issues all over again...

Same Issue as evreyone else apparently, Tried to use code in game, Game accepted code and wouldn't let me access the content, putting it in on the social website gives me the "this code is in use arguement"
