Same problem, entered code on the social site and got the same file as the collectors code. Opened ME2, it asked for the code, I entered it, it says it's already used.

When I enter my cd-key at the activation screen, it just hangs. After 15 minutes of waiting with no prompt or anything, I try to close the window and it asks if I'm sure I want to exit the activation process.

This happening to anyone else?

I have the same issue as everyone else; I bought the PC CE of Mass Effect 2, used my Cerberus Network code and got the Collector armor and assault rifle instead of the Cerberus Network DLC. Waiting for a reply from Bioware...

I entered my Cerberus Network Code and it redeemed a second collector's edition armor and assault rifle. Only shows 1 in my redeemed codes and no cerberus network.

yupp I too am having the problem ... went onto the Bioware social site entered my cerebus code and pre-order armour and the site said to restart my console and it would be loaded onto my game. But that's not the cause and I want to use my free stuff.

I got the PC Collector's Edition through Amazon, I registered the code on the Cerberus Network activation card through this website and got the Collector's Armor and weapon instead, I used the Collector armor and weapon code that came with my preordered PC GAME and got the collector armor and weapon for the XBOX. I tried to register through the game but now it says my Cerberus Network code is already in use,

I downloaded the bonus content before starting  the game. I used one of my two accounts. When I started the game and I inadvertently used my second account rather than my first to log onto the internet . Now the game says I can't access the bonus content. Is there some way to change the bioware account data the program has stored and so that it logs onto to my first account rather than my second one?

There's a "fatal error" page when I try to enter my code. Can I assume that this is because the previously mentioned problem is being fixed?

Entered Cerberus Code on this site. Gave me activition to collectors armor (something I had already activated).
Then I tried to use the Code again in game. Wouldn't let me use it.

How Can I activate my cerberust network?!?!

Same problem. Entered the code, no downloadable package.... ME2 CE. Please fix this soon Bioware. I already am having to get onto Amazon about never giving me or any of my friends Inferno Armor codes...

I registered through the website, but didn't get any file to download except for the Collector's Weapon/Armor. The promo codes themselves work fine, just not the cerberus activation, when I try to connect in-game it says the code is in use.

I'm really disappointed with the way this issue has been handled. EA support chat doesn't go through, despite trying multiple times and nothing from anyone here.

Seems like there's been some kind of manufacturing issue with some of the copies that have resulted in the wrong code being given out.  I've seen in earlier threads that customer support reps have been giving out replacement codes on an individual basis if you contact them.  Hopefully they'll have a more automated solution in place sometime soon.
