I'll toss my annoyance in as well. Bought the CE, put in the Cerberus Code, got the "I'm sorry but the princess is in another castle" line everyone else has been getting. OUCH. I know Cerberus is supposed to be a highly secretive organization, but we've paid our union dues, eh?

I redeemed my Cerberus Code but there wasn't a download and it doesn't show up on the redeemed codes section. I'm also stuck at the 'Please Wait..." screen when trying to log in to Cerberus.

I input the Cerberus network cod ethat came with my 360 version of the game and on my redeemed offers page it gave me "Normandy Crash site" ... is this correct?

i entered my cerb code already and had ea switch my gamertag to the account i created today now it says i ahve to redeem or buy the cerb network agian but i already used my code

PC - CE. Registered CE items, then registered Cerberus card on redeem code site just to get the download for CE items again.

If you have not inputted your collector's armor and gun code on the social site yet, try inputting that code IN-GAME when it asks you for the cerberus code.  It actually worked for me.  I just tried it as a what if and it worked. I have no idea why, maybe the people who printed the codes got the 2 mixed up? But I doubt that. 

Or maybe I was just lucky?

Just try inputting your collector's armor and weapon on the cerberus
code in-game even if you already entered it on the social site.  This is a mixed bag since it might make you lose the
armor and weapon in exchange for the cerberus connection but not sure.
