Go to the Code Redemption page here: http://social.bioware.com/redeem/
Enter the Cerberus code you received from Gamespot (This applies to both PC and Xbox 360 copies)
PC Users will get a file to download and install. Please do so. Then restart the game and you will get your Cerberus activation.
Xbox 360 users DO NOT need to download the file. Simply redeem the code, restart your game and you will get access to the Cerberus network.

This is just flat wrong.

The game client wants you to enter the code in-game, but then will not connect.  When you attempt to enter the code on the web page it tells you your code is no good.  If you don't know what's causing the problem, just tell us that you're still trying to nail it down, and that you're working as fast as you can.  Don't blow sunshine up our butts with some kind of "working as intended, you're doing it wrong, dummy" kind of response.

one of the codes i got from steam isn't working, it keeps saying its invalid. i notice that it also has 4 extra characters at the end of it. i don't know exactly what it's for, i got the armor, rifle, extra crew member and crash site, so i assume it's for the digital art book and soundtrack.

*sigh* apparently us PC gamers really are the redheaded stepchildren of the gaming market, I mean not only will the cerberus network not properly activate for PC users, but apparently (according to Amazon.com) the PC CE doesn't even include the PC game

So my Bioware account is the same e-mail that is on my EA account and my Xbox live account....so they are all connected. But they say on Xbox live support that we should call EA. Which u cant i tried hold time are over 2 hrs...if you are really on hold at all. (no answer so far). So thank you bioware for the awesome instructions on these cards, hope in the future that you are able to have support ready for your customers that follow you directions and get screwed.

I have played alot of Bioware game like most of you and this is the first time i've ever felt like maybe they should have put some KY in my pc CE.

I have a real simple fix for this and here it is you made the mistake with the Cerberus code now make it a free download for all so we can get it now.

I have no idea why, maybe the people who printed the codes got the 2 mixed up? But I doubt that.

Just try inputting your collector's armor and weapon on the cerberus
code in-game even if you already entered it on the social site.  This is a mixed bag since it might make you lose the
armor and weapon in exchange for the cerberus connection but not sure.

I've had the same issue, it just hangs at "Please wait". It's quite stupid to have two methods of activating the items especially when one way conflicts with the other.

I redeemed my Cerberus code via the site only to have the site crash on me.

Fail Bioware.

Well, I registered my Cerberus Code on the website and it let me download the Zead - Price of Revenge DLC along with it I have the Terminous Weapons/Armor, Blood Dragon Armor, and the Normandy Crash Site DLC. But none of this will work because after I try logging onto EA Online in-game, it just hands at the screen that says Please Wait and will sit there for hours without doing anything.

The site literally crashed on me while redeeming it. Now it says that it's been used. All I can do is hope that it was registered correctly and that EA gets their ass in gear and fixes their server.

Hmm, it says I don't have the Cerberus network, but once I enter the game and go to "New Content" I can access them.

I can't seem to log on to the Cerberus Network lol, just says please wait. How long does it take? I do redeemed the code out of game and was able to download the Zaeed DLC and Normandy Crash. Any reason why I can't log on? It is the same log on as Dragon Age isn't it?

I was having an issue with using the Cerberus Code from the PC version. I followed the instructions on the card to redeem the code, but when I got into the game's menu it was asking me to enter the code again, which of course had already been used.



After spending a few minutes trying to figure it out, I had to go out and run to the store. When I came back and launched the game, I was logged into Cerberus!



Perhaps it just takes some time for the code to be activated? Launch day server overload?



Anyone having issues, try and be patient and perhaps things will turn out.

fyi guys the collector's edition problem with cerberus network should be fixed by 6pm PST. Annoying for us east coasters I know, but a fix is a fix.

Ok, I found a way to correct the problem, I used the reddem code on the website, and I had no download, BUT if you open the game and cancel the cerberus activation, you can then download ALL DLC by selecting New Contents Available



It worked for me, I hope it will work for everyone
