I did exactly what it says on the armor cards and put the codes in on the site.  then when i clik run, it just says mass effect 2 is not installed.  what the heck is going on did i just waste the codes if so how can i get this fixed?

Did you start the game up?

I made sure my game was running and I activated the Cerberus network before I installed all my codes.

I just redeemed my codes on the site while having the game on.
