It has the same armor value as the Enlightened armor sets.  New stuff to dump crafting materials on.

Yeah, not sure if i'm liking the new armor.... especially for AW.  Enlightened looks way too good.

Can someone confirm this? If I boot up just to check I'll end up playing all night again and sleep all day again. Must resist the urge.

Yeah, the Necro and Katari armors are different from their previous single style. Though, I wouldn't set your hopes very high...specifically for the Necromancer.

and I totally just noticed I posted this in Combat Strategy by accident.

Both got 2 new sets. The Inq armor and Arishock for Katari while Neco gets Imperium armor. The Inquisition armor and the Arishock/Imperium sets they added both look different.

The lack of plate on the armor makes it a bit less appealing, but the helmet was a win.

That armor closely resembles the look of the Peerless archer one, except for the shoulder pad being located on the right shoulder instead of left.

This is the "Inquisition Battlemage Armor (or Coat, not sure)" first available at Haven, at a 90g price... Oh well, High Keeper it is then.
