There seems to be some confusion by Gamestop customers when they enter their Cerberus promotion code in the activation screen.

Please do this:
Go to the Code Redemption page here: http://social.bioware.com/redeem/
Enter the Cerberus code you received from Gamespot (This applies to both PC and Xbox 360 copies)
PC Users will get a file to download and install. Please do so. Then restart the game and you will get your Cerberus activation.
Xbox 360 users DO NOT need to download the file. Simply redeem the code, restart your game and you will get access to the Cerberus network.

We hope this makes things clearer. We are adding this message to the redemption page now as well.

how do i enter my ea account info in game? why the hell does my current social bioware account sat my gamertag is unavailable?

a main problem is people not knowing there gamertag is already linked to a email address then making a new account here... and finding out they already had an account, you need to call EA customer service and have the accounts linked

360 user here. I entered my Cerberus code through the website like the card said to do. Come to find out my Social email is different from my XBL email. How do I link these accounts so I can get Cerberus network to activate my on my XBL? Thanks.

what if i made a new account and now i cant use my code on the 360 i don't have a good enough computer nor the cash to buy this for the comp can i get a new code or am i screwed?

CALL EA GAMES AND LINK THE ACCOUNTS

to link your xboxlive gamertag to your EA Account, go to www.support.ea.com, log in, go to My Account, scroll down to the area to select a default 'persona', click add new persona, enter your gamertag, and ta-da, you have linked your accounts.

Except that doesn't work.  I redeemed my code online here, and now i can't get it on my 360.

unless your account is already linked to another email address then you will have to call EA and have them link the original account and the new one together

OK I followed teh steps Chris mentioned above but I am still getting a ACTIVATE CERBERUS option when I play

Actually this person is 100 PERCENT WRONG. Doing that locks you out of Cerebus. Chris, did you even TRY WHAT YOU SAID BEFORE YOU TYPED IT? Or is everyone who works for Bioware and EA just that stupid?

mine too call EA talking to bioware about a EA issue is like calling playstation for an xbox problem

what about the terminus gear? On the card I got in the 360 box it tells me to go to this site, and register, then get the code....I was prompted to DL a file, whic I then did....But I can't open the file b/c I have a 360 copy of the game.



Would it have been SO difficult to just have it set up so I could redeem code on my 360 dashboard?

yup if youve ever played a EA sports game or demo or many other EA games you have already signed up for an EA account

my card just does not work i keep getting invalid code check entry message. VERY irritating
