Hell yes it will, I mean, time spent playing their game will be used to recuperate my body. Doesn't get any better than that.

It's funny I have other EA games for my Xbox 360 that require me to login with my EA account (I can even make one in game! Imagine that?). I have no trouble with downloadable/extra content. This works flawlessly and doesn't require me to link accounts and go through other hoops.

has anyone had issues actually connecting to the mass effect 2 server? i keep getting the following "communication with the mass effect 2 server was interrupted or has timed out. please try again later." i've been at it off and on for 2 hrs. made sure my accounts were synched and even rebooted my router.

If you accidentally clicked on the download but didn't actually download the file, will it prohibit you from getting that free Cerberus on your 360? (I got excited and clicked it before I thought about it.)

Only thing I know is why in the hell have a code that you have to go to a website for why not just give us a code for the MARKETPLACE on the 360 that would have been a whole hell of alot smarter... Think ahead for Mass Effect 3

What this is is an anxiousness to get the DLC and play the game. This is the first time really I have had to use the EA account, which I had forgotten I had one already linked previously before I got a new Email. The directions on the back made it sound like you just log in and its fine, however when following instructions it has you create a new account, but seems like it was an old account just with profile updates. I quickly entered the codes before checking to see if my Account was even Linked to my 360 Account, which apparently its not. So now I am sitting and waiting thru the chat for hopefully somekind of deactivation of my old account, or a merging of some kind.



I agree, Marketplace was the way to go for this. Having a 3rd party like roundabout way to get DLC is not only annoying, but is bound for many errors. Should be like any other PSN or 360 Game where there is a Market Place code that is just redeemed via the Menu on the system itself...

Well I followed the instructions on the card saying to log in to my account here and input my code. My bioware/ea account is tied to the same one my gamercard is and yet the cerberus network will not unlock for me. On the main screen it just says to activate cerberus network which I already have done through the website. And of course now when I try to input the code through the game it says that the code has been used (ya! by me! grrr).

Same thing is happening for me, it says 1200 points for cerberus and I'm sure as hell not paying for this piece of garbage they better fix this NOW.

Please do this:
Go to the Code Redemption page here: http://social.bioware.com/redeem/
Enter the Cerberus code you received from Gamespot (This applies to both PC and Xbox 360 copies)
PC Users will get a file to download and install. Please do so. Then restart the game and you will get your Cerberus activation.
Xbox 360 users DO NOT need to download the file. Simply redeem the code, restart your game and you will get access to the Cerberus network.

We hope this makes things clearer. We are adding this message to the redemption page now as well.

All I can say to this is FAIL it won't work I have both armors downloaded it shows them in my promo area and yet its still not on the 360.

I've entered a bunch of codes on the EA and here on the BioWare Social Network, and in-game I have access to "Blood Dragon Armor[DA:O]" Terminus Armor[PreOrder]" and "Crash Site Mission". My confusion is, XboxLive is telling me that I haven't downloaded the 1200microsoft point Cerberus Network.



So I'm just trying to make sure I have everything I'm supposed to.

Wow. After a patient 30 mins of waiting for the Chat, and Staring at it for the last 1 Minute remaining on it, I receive a message saying my chat was Canceled. This is not only terrible customer service, but just downright rude. I was patient before, but now I am aggravated.

All of this could be resolved it EA would just give you the option to merge different email address together. I don't see what is so hard for them to understand this.

Yeah same, only those three are available to dl for me. sept mine tells me that i am connected to Cerberus, but no other download options come up. Is the crash site part of cerberus or a free item that you can get regardless?

NEVER MIND my statement.. i just looked in another post, only the crash site is currently up. I saw all the advertising for the new character and figured he was already available.

They did the same to me, they are cowards for avoiding providing customer service to their loyal fans.... EA should get the hell out of the video game publishing business. We don't want them screwing everything up.

They need to make an option to delete personas on an account so we wouldn't need to bug them about something soo simple.
