Microsoft should just put up all the dlc like when it was released early. It was free anyway.

I would just wait for the bonus content stuff to be cleared up. I wasn't crazy about the fact that you cant modify the color or appearence of the preorder armor.

i've waited in the chat que 10 times now. each time when i get to being within 10 in que the connection terminates and i have to start over at 250+ in que and another 45 min wait.

It's something soo simple and it makes no sense why we can't. Actually, it's strange to be able to make ana ccount but you really be unable to do much with it. Can't delete it, can't delete personas. Those are red flags, imo.

I attempted to recieve my caode, recieved a white website coding glitch page and now my code says it's already been redeemed. If it has, I don't know how to find out where to figure that out.

anyone able to find a contact number for EA? i've had my session cancelled on the live chat so many times now i refuse to wait through it again. i can't seem to find a customer support number on the support site. any help?

The Cerberus Network card that comes with your X360 copy of the game WILL WORK directly on the console. The armor codes still need to be entered online here but the Cerberus Network code works right on your game console. After getting fed up waiting to figure out the mysterious email my gamertag is linked to I just booted up the game in my 360 and the first thing it does is ask if I want to redeem/purchase Cerberus Network and let me enter that code right there.

Don't know if this has already been said, but if anyone else is trapped at work like I am, has entered their codes, and wants to confirm that they will be available when they get home tonight, check out the profile link on the left of this screen, then select "YOUR REGISTERED GAMES AND PROMOTIONS", which will show which pieces of DLC are waiting for you.  Mine shows all of the ones it should except for the bounty hunter DLC, which Bioware has officially delayed till later this week. 

So check it out if you're in my situation.  Made me feel better... I was worried after all the issues I'd read about here today.

yeah so i got home opened the game, put the disc in, put in my code, which came out of an unopened game that I purchased, and it keeps saying that my code is not valid for the cerberus network. why can't they just do everything through xbox live. I love the game, but I would ALSO love to be connected to the cerberus network since my paying for this game tells me I am entitled to. any help would be appreciated

Except that doesn't work.  I redeemed my code online here, and now i can't get it on my 360.

yea the same thing is happening to me. i got the terminus gear and the cerberus network codes andinput them on EA. it showed up as a DLC on the main screen of the game and i downloaded it but the i didnt get the so called private terminal message that tells me how to get the armor and it still says on the XBL market that i havent bought the cerberus network but i cnt put the code in cause its not the right type of code

Because it's BiowEAre now, and EA is pretty anal about marking their own products, pretty much like wild animals are. EA forced their horrible lobby system over xbox live last generation, now they do this, what will they do in 2015?

I've entered them both (Cerberus and The Terminus) on the link above (because these are some of the WORST instructions EVER, and all I get is Fatal Error. Oh that and the great warning that if you use your code, it will then never be able to be used again.

So tried the codes again (breath dude, breath) and don't use caps. Do put the dashes in but try it w/o caps and both of mine worked....on here. So does that mean I have them in game....going to find out now.
