I redeemed my code for the Blood Dragon Armor for Dragon Age Origins way back when but there's no option to download it in the Cerberus Network for Mass Effect 2...
Is it already in the game or do I have to download it again in the Cerberus Network?
Please help, this is driving me insane.
Also, if someone could post a link so I can get some online support for this problem that would be really helpful.

yes go to cerberus and the downloads then it should be their then once u are their download it once u have it u will have a green checkmark next to it

Okay yeah, it glitched.... is there an online customer support chat thing somewhere? I need to contact someone at EA so they can unlock it for me...it's not showing up.
