I know there's some enemies that your companions will give you approval for offing, I've found them for Iron Bull, Blackwall, and I think Varric. Is there a list of the enemies that the other companions like you for killing, or is it only those three that care?

Those are likely for the companion's sub quests. I know that Dorian has one.

Not that I know of, there's no quests involved in this. There's just some enemies that they like it when you kill. Blackwall likes it when you kill roaming darkspawn, Iron bull gives you a plus when you kill roaming venetori (Specifically the random roaming mobs. He doesn't get the approval bonus when you kill quest related ones). And I don't have any quests from either of them that ask me to kill people.
