Question. How often do you change your party if at all? I ask this because even before the patch I've never had my party too quiet, and I mainly think it's because I've had the same members since the start of the game, with the exception of Solas. Also, have you done your party members quests? I know for a fact that doing their personal quests opens up more party banter because I've heard them continue conversions and even start new ones related to their respected quests. I also believe approval rating plays a small part, but I'm not sure.

 

I've never had this problem so it's kinda hard to pin-point the issue people are having with party banter. Hopefully I helped you out some, though.

Yeah, I do change often :/ hmmm I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I know like previous DA the chatter will be triggered depending on the location but from what Ive seen from YT vids people are putting out id say my party banter is probably at 20% ...sad.

Yeah, when you visit a new area new banter will start or they sometimes continue conversions/topics, but like you said you change your party around a lot so that might be the problem with low party banter. Try and stick with 3 party members you really like and do their personal quests when they become available, that should easily trigger their respective banter.

I forgot to mention that having high approval rating with a party member will unlock their personal quest faster, so try and stay on their good side. That should speed up the process quite a bit. Good luck~

Oh this has been a huge issue, with tons of people feeling they are missing banter. I don’t think it’s been solved.
