The Dragon Age Inquisition game is represented by the mages and EA took form as Leliana, just pay atention to the dialogues. I'm still trying to figure out who Bioware is, maybe Vivienne or Iron Bull...
I get the felling Sera is representing DAO fans

Not sure about the others, but yeah I got the impression that the fans were represented by Sera. I think Bioware hates us.

I would say that EA is the Qun, and Bioware is slowly being assimilated by them. Old style players are entrenched in Ferelden....don't need nothing fancy, substance matters. And the new age, action based gamers are Orlais...oooooh pretty.

Perfect analogy.
I don't get the Sera one though. I don't even know what she represents.

I seriously Doubt that, Sera hates clinging foolishly to out dated stuff, and that's the big problem with DA:O fans they want to got back to gameplay that was out dated 3-5 years before the game even came out, BioWare can't afford to hide behind it's good writing forever, sooner or later the games have to switch to better gameplay,

Better gameplay? That is very subjective.
And what is it anyway? a console controller? micromangement of your team? The DAI's ignoramous smart tac-cam? Gameplay where your team members can use ALL OF THEIR ABILITIES but the Inquisitor can only use eight during combat?
Better gameplay where you pull a Microsoft Windows 8 switcheroo and force desktop users with non-touch monitors to use a smartphone live tile touch system? Where you hide the familiar and present confusion instead?
The better method is to give the players the familiar DA controls. New unfamiliar game controls is not the better game play.... my opinion, of course.

The DAO fans are the Dalish then! Continually striving for the glorious past that they think is going to be lost to them if even something little changes, forgetting that it wasn't always as perfect as they are trying to remember.

Or it could be that they wanted their craftsman home painted and remodeled instead of torn down and replaced with a prefab.

Sera, in her taro card and artwork is kinda cute....the computer generated Sera...though....sorry, puked in my mouth a bit. So, Sera represents the social media world of ugly chiks taking selfies and then photoshopping them to make themselves look cute, for the guys that they met from an MMO, but they didn't realize the guy's they met are basement fatties and are just happy she's a real girl.

What better gameplay? Buttonmashing? I want party based tactical combat, not a brawler.

Ahh the Dalish...I would say they are probably Baldur's Gate/Neverwinter Nights players. Loved the old ways, but impossible to go back to, short of Bioware reacquiring the license to produce D&D video games.
