Even Bears fans cant be upset with what you said, they suck. And I think they are rooting for the Lions to beat the packers and take the NFC North crown

I feel your guys pain. Not to the point I would EVER root for the Bears but the losing does suck. 0-16 still stings even after a few years, so it's nice to be able to not have to wear a paper bag over our heads when going to see the game lol.

I really should figure out how many games the Lions have won and lost since I was born. I bet they have half the amount of wins than they do loses. I'm a old **** but I don't remember very many winning seasons in my life.

Oh I saw mr smeckie. the Bears arent my favorite team they are second, and being a domer fan I can't believe Clausen is starting.

Thanks Smeckie. I hadn't noticed that my starting QB suddenly was projected to get 0 points. (And, surprisingly, Cutler has been a pretty good fantasy football QB this year. Thankfully, I just care about individual stats in his case, not team ones.) Off to find someone else to play as I battle for 3rd place.  

 

Oh and thanks for reminding me that Lions fans are way more long suffering than DC area fans. Although you do have Megatron as a result. At least he was as good as advertised.

The Lions did have the greatest RB I have ever seen play. I just wish he didn't retire before breaking Paytons record. Now that SOB Emmit Smith has it. No one wants that. As for Washinton........ Joe Gibbs is the most underrated head coach in NFL history. 3 super bowl wins with three different QB. Every other coach who has won multiple supers bowls did it with 1 good QB.

Sanders was a lot of fun to watch and definitely retired too soon for us fans. Hopefully his long term health will be the better for it. I grew up a Cowboy's fan (yay Roger Staubach) but then there was Jerry Jones. So I wasn't a particularly big fan during the Aikman/Smith years but I don't hate them either.

 

I didn't live in the area when Gibbs was coaching the first time but he is venerated as a saint here (and I agree that he was a great coach). Of course, the current owner fired him when he came back to coach a 2nd time. Just gives people an idea of how much of an idiot the current owner is.

The BS in the game is worse. The Chicago Bears sucking makes me all warm and tingly inside. I hope next week when my Lions play them that Suh stomps Cutler and knocks the retarded grin off his face. Ok so now that I've said that I'm sure the Bears will take a **** all over the Lions next week because I've endured a lifetime of them letting me down and that is not exaggerating 40 goddamn years of horrible Lions teams with occasional fluke winning season.
