Well, I finally beat DA:I and I must say, overall I really enjoyed the experience.  There is some bugs, and glitches, no doubt.  I still loathe the Skyhold causal outfit.  I still find it annoying that I have to make sure not to touch any rifts in the Hinterlands near the beginning in order for one of Solas' personal quests to trigger.  There is other things too, but this thread isn't about that.   For the most part, I've let it slide or posted in threads accordingly.

That being said, one of the biggest ways to kill immersion for me personally is a final boss fight that has this kind of bug. Here is what I'm talking about.

I was doing my thing, just ripping him apart.  Great gear, my team was set and I was at level 24.  Cory was a level below me.   I was playing a lady dwarven archer.  Since this was my first game, I went with the original 3 for my final party: Varric/Solas/Cass.  And they were also armed to the teeth.

I ended up getting him down too quickly.  He had about a third of his life left, and then the screen went black with the loading symbol popping up.  I was thinking, "Hey, cutscene."  It continued to hang...for about 90 seconds.   I could hear the sounds of the battle the entire time.  When it finally kicked back in, Cory was almost dead.  I couldn't drop the rest of his health though, so I knew something happened.  I reloaded my autosave from the beginning of the fight, and this time really throttled back.

By the way, for someone that has been a pure DPS class throughout most of her 25+ years of D&D and RP video games, that is always painful.  I knew it would be worth it but it was so...damned...slow.

However, it was only after I really slowed down and auto-attacked that I finally got the two cutscenes that was supposed to show phase 2 and phase 3 of the fight.  Needing to reload kinda killed the momentum for me, but thankfully I was able to shake it off and enjoy the ending.  Yes, including the Stinger after the credits.

I'm not trying to harass BioWare here, but please fix this final fight bug as soon as you can.

Similar issue (PC) my team 23/24 was so overpowering that the ending behaved badly because the large damage dealt was effecting the event timers and cutscenes seemed very rushed even though healthbars never fell below 1/4.

I think it has to do with how DA:I deals with enemies and it seemed to use a simple scaling in this case.  Garrus had it right, healing like a freak of nature is challenging.
