I wouldn't bet on it.  I vaguely recall a TV show having to edit a segment because they had a man hitting a woman and "you can't show that in Canada."  This being a Canadian company... well.  True, video games aren't television, but still.

 

Of course, it's fine and dandy to show women hitting men!

Even worse if you consider men can cut women down like dogs in gameplay, but it's a big no-no for it to be cinematic!

Seems the guy/girl didn't arrived at that point yet, but after finding out that Vivienne will move out your stuff in that video, that make me want to have an option to punh her too ^^

Just saw the Wicked Grace Game with the Companions, anyone know how to activate that? It came up as a video suggestion for me and I really want to know how to get it lol.

I got it from Varric I did his quest line then went to talk to him a few times after that and bingo.

Maybe it's possible if you're also a female, but I can only imagine the controversy if you were a male punching a female companion. They probably didn't make that an option, can't say I really care either way, although I probably wouldn't choose that option myself. 

I can think of three BioWare games where you can be a man punching a woman. Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3.

After watching the Varric and Vivienne video it kind of ticks me off that as the player you have zero control over how you deal with your companions. Some are selected to leave while others get a free pass to say and do whatever they like. That is such BS to me. In Origins you could eventually fight and kill a companion, or they kill you and leave, or you kick them out. Either way they are gone. I love Viv but she is not that important for her to get a free pass to stick around and neither is Varric. A Quizzy who doesn't like them should be able to at least throw them out.

Varric's doesn't seem like the total climax of "I'm pissed" that drunk Cass is. I was kinda expecting a cut scene much like what she had.

Not so much a drunk varric, but an angrier one.

Seriously.  My God, Vivienne is just awful.  I've never hated a so-called ally in a game as much as I do Vivienne.  Hell, I very rarely hate the villains half as much.  After seeing Sera's reaction to a Dalish Inquisitor after Mythal's temple or the end of Solas romance, I thought for sure no one would ever top her.  Slowly but surely, Vivienne does.  And at least Sera means well, even if she's...  whatever she is.  Vivienne is just a self-serving <insert any banned word here>.  She is completely without redeeming qualities in my eyes.  Not a single one.  It's ironic that she's so pro-Circle, because she'd fit right in at the Tevinter Imperium.  Every terrible thing Dorian says about the most powerful magisters, almost always reminds me of Vivienne.

And more importantly, it would be cool if I could defend myself when someone else attacks me.  Take Sera to the Fade.  Talk to her afterwards.  She takes a swing at you and all you can do is look pathetic.  Ridiculous.  I wouldn't let someone get away with that IRL and I'm a borderline crippled nobody, not somebody who slays dragons for giggles.

 

Not the first time BW has done that either.  Off the top of my head, I know it can happen in ME2.  Some asari on Illium can just come up and deck Shepard and even the renegade response was just to tell her not to do it again.  (If anyone's wondering why they haven't seen that scene, you need to manually fix the Conrad glitch with Gibbed).  Irritates me no end when they tie our hands like that.

Cole can leave before the Cory fight i believe , dont quote me on it though.
