Playing a Warrior, lvl 14 atm...yes I've completed the operation to hire these guys, the cinematic played out and stuff, etc. I've checked the map plenty of times, the three !'s aren't there..


It's probably because I asked Cullen if I wanted to become a Templar, maybe? >.>(though I told him I'd think about it)

Have you tried leaving the Skyhold and returning back?

Did you check up on top of the walls? The warrior trainers at least (not sure about other classes) appear on top of the castle walls. All three will be standing in the same spot next to one another. If the castle walls are clear, I'd try leaving Skyhold and coming back.

usually they are around the barn bur wind up around arias where there class fits.
