Can Mass Effect 2 be played in PC with a Xbox 360 USB controller plugged in?

I'd love to play it in the 40" HDTV with the 360 controller.

I'd really like to know that too. I'm hasitating betwen the pc and the 360 version of the game. on pc the resolution could be set hither, the price is much lower, but the 360 controller cupport is waaaay the most important for me.
