In the 17 minutes before the next ga— I mean next adventure starts, she had breakfast. A light breakfast. Lots of fluids.
So what did your Inquisitor do after the end of the game?

My Qunari Mage broke up with Cassandra because she became Divine, became a master Knight-Enchanter, went around closing rifts and cleaning up the last of the Venatori and the Red Templars. Then he tracked down Hawke in the Anderfels and said Corypheus was dead permanently, helped the Hero of Ferelden cure himself of the taint, who then got back together with Morrigan to raise their son, and the three great heroes of Thedas went on to be an unstoppable trio, much to the consternation of my Inquisitor's advisors.

Everything's going to work out fine.

After DAI
Longing to visit and see her family in Ostwick my mage Claire Trevelyan is able to come up with a three weeks staying with her family and let her advisers to take control the Inquisition while she is away. She brought Iron Bull and his chargers to meet the family and tell them of her romantic realtionship with Bull. The Iron Bull keep night watches in the bedroom sharing with Claire in case, Bann Trevelyan, Claire's father, tried to murdered the Tal-Vasoth in his sleep.

Nasir Cadash proposed to Cassandra and Josephine and work was conducted to have their marriage arranged. Beyond that, he continues to lead the Inquisition and helps rebuild the world, hoping to make it better then it was before. He's also investigating the other things that are happening up north. Nevarra and other nations were affected by the Breach and Coryphe-spit's agenda, and he's hoping to further the contact between Orzammar and Kal-Sharok (contact was beginning to go along between them thanks to King Xanthos Aeducan's reforms to the system, talk of opening up trade between the two Great Thaigs, and sending Renvil Harrowmont as his ambassador).

Mine could go three ways:
- sacrificed herself heroically in the final battle or one of the next ones (headcanon, but who cares);
- quietly left the Inquisition on the next morning (that whole in the wall next to the War room looks like a great escape route);
- sighed and stayed on until she inevitably gets sacked or killed or "made disappear", as those things tend to go.

Mage Gelsey Trevelyan went to seal the remaining rifts in Thedas and disbanded the Inquisition as the mission was already achieved. After that, she went to visit her parents in Ostwick with Cullen. Although her parents were not very happy that their precious daughter was falling in love with a commoner at first, they eventually accepted that after seeing the relationship was serious. Cullen's family was surprised at Gelsey and Cullen's arrival. Clearly Cullen didn't write to them beforehand. Gelsey and Cullen got marry later with the blessing from Leliana the Divine. They created history as they were the first mage/(ex)templar couple that was acknowledged by the Chantry in Southern Thedas. Gelsey refused the invitation of teaching in the academy since she knew Cullen would not settle down for a quiet life. So she and Cullen decided to travel around Thedas, helping any poor souls on the way. This was an exciting experience for them both since not long ago they were stuck in the Circle.
Templar Jeremiah Trevelyan also went to seal the remaining rifts in Thedas then disbanded the Inquisition. He betrothed Josephine with the approval from both the Trevelyan family and the Montilyet family. With the reform of the Seekers and Templars by Divine Cassandra at work, the order was purified. Seeing this as an opportunity, Jeremiah joined the order. Following Cullen’s footsteps, many Templars including Jeremiah got rid of lyrium and start working on protecting people. Josephine successfully resurrected her family. She stationed her business mainly in Val Royeaux so that she could stay close to her love. Jeremiah would leave the city now and then to go on a mission. But every time he came back, he would buy her some special presents, especially cute hats and clothes. He loved to see Josephine putting those hats and clothes on the set of dolls she treasured for years while humming happily. He would lean on the wall and watch her play, smiling.

Dragon slaying rampage. Conquered Tevinter Imperium. Led Exalted March against the Qunari and converted all the heathen oxmen. They are taught the phrase "Qunari are meant to serve Mages." Each Mage is given an entourage of Qunari to give the peasants pause when they start to get the mob mentality. Give the recently vacated Qunari lands to the Elvenkind. Alright, I'll stop, but the first part is true.

Well according to Leliana, everyone's inquisitor will be busy meeting the nobles in the weeks and months to come. The epilogue sliders also suggest that the inquisition remains in power as a source for justice.
