Raiders of the Waking Sea:
The Raiders of the Waking Sea is a loose confederation of ships and piratical raiders who ply the numerous seas and coasts of Thedas. The organization has no known leadership. It is instead a collection of ships, each its own sovereign vessel with its own rules, people, and leader.

As for single player: there need to be more love interests, even if not via new companions - maybe new advisors or liaisons, one a female from the Qunari who in the end is willing to give up the Qun for the Herald. And what about a male Chasind or Avvar Barbarian in the same capacity for those playing a female Inquisitor? Also, if you really want to make a splash, how about a Vashoth female (Qunari not born of the Qun) and raised by the Chantry that you can make the Divine or even a converted Tal-Vashoth? That would stir some crap in Thedas! LOL. An easy way to add a new companion would be to give the Inquisitor a Mabari since there would not be much in the way of voice action, according to the lore even Andraste had one, so did the Hero of Ferelden and the Champion of Kirkwall. And some new areas, dungeons and fortresses where the war and breach have spread such as Ostagar, Andoral's Reach, Gwaren and the Ruins in the Brecilian Forest, etc. Two other things I would love to see is more hairstyles for both male and female characters and more weak runes among loot (such at +5 Fire, Spirit, Lightning, Frost Damage and even a new Weapon Damage Rune at all levels).
For Multiplayer:
Warrior Classes: Champion (Two-Handed, Human Male), Warden (Sword and Shield, Female Elf), Barbarian (Two-Handed, Avvar Male), Knight (Sword and Shield, Human Female), Mercenary (Two-Handed, Female Tal-Vashoth) and Berserker (Sword and Shield, Female Dwarf).
Rogue Classes: Scoundrel (Dual Weapon, Male Dwarf), Infiltrator (Dual Weapon, Male Elf), Swashbuckler (Dual Weapon, Human Female), Headhunter (Crossbow, Male Tal-Vashoth) and Ranger (Crossbow, Human Male).
Mage Classes: Cardinal (Rift Mage, Human Male), Witch (Necromancer, Human Female), Saarebas (Rift Mage, Male Qunari) and Mortalitasi (Necromancer, Human Female).
Maps: Ruins of Ostagar, Orlesian Hunting Ground, Wounded Coast, Kocari Wilds, Brecilian Forest Ruins, Gallows in Kirkwall and the Deep Roads.
Enemy Factions: Darkspawn, Avvar, Qunari, Undead, Carta and Dragon (which includes Wyverns, Drakes, High Dragons, Etc.).

One thing that would be real cool for MP would be to add new options to the field, such as Brawl where a single team faces more then one faction currently fighting one another. A perfect example would be going to Elven Ruins to find Vinatori and Red Templars fighting one another and your team has to jump in and whoop both sides while being attacked by both as well. Or Grey Wardens and Darkspawn, Carta and Qunari, etc. Another would be King of Thedas, sort of like King of the Hill where multiple teams battle one another to plant the Inquisition's Flag and Hold fend off enemy teams trying to claim the map.

Maybe not so much on the King of the Hill game type, but I like the idea of multiple factions fighting each other.

I made a character suggestion thread over in Customization. Interesting stuff there, and I'd love to see a bunch of it.

This one comes from Grondoth and i think it is a brillant idea.
Senior Enchanter:
Old man, like Irving. Patient, understanding, fatherly. Brings back the glyphs, or has a similar skill setup to the Keeper as a support mage.

The Sniper Ranger:
Race: any
Personality: very quite hates idly chit chat
This version is totally reliant on archery, but usually does higher damage because of it. May have a variety of status-inflicting arrows to slow or otherwise annoy enemies. Keeps to the back of a battle.

Mystic:
Race: male/female human
Personality: in tuned with the fade and very peaceful Acts always in a calm manner.
Mystics are a strong support class with skills to protect and enhance their party through buffs and auras. They also summon mighty thralls to assist, heal, and aid them in battle.
A mystic's skills prepare them for any situation, with a good balance of offense, defense, and support options.

It's not so far fetched, after all isn't that what multiplayer pretty much comes down to come the 5th Round? Plant the Inquisition Flag, Defeat the Enemy and their Commander and Survive if you can. All the King of the Hill would change would be defending the flag the entirety of a Round and gain XP and as a reward not simple gold but more along the lines of a large chest of goods for the winning team. And it throws a little flavor into the mix for those wishing a little change of pace in MP away from standard MP. Brawl of course is more simple, after all with beasts in the mix now who attack both sides it's much closer a possibility then a King of the Hill mode. But the new Buff has changed the possibility some. Threatening was hard but doable, now it's far harder so a Brawl option at Threatening or higher would be even more difficult then I originally would have imagined when I first imagined that sort of mode.
Let's face it, Bioware is looking to make DA:I comparable to the success of ME3's Multiplayer, but there are slight differences that hinder DA:I, one is that it does not effect the overall gameplay of the single person campaign, second the glitches and other flaws are more numerous and more annoying. ME3 is not a search and complete per level but more in the way of a King of the Hill as you defend against waves of enemies - not to mention more maps because you are defending against waves in a smaller setting instead of going level to level searching or completing tasks through an elaborate map but completing tasks on a smaller one. Also the customization of each character in ME3 is a little more in depth IMHO, but part of the appeal is the differences with each character that makes them unique. Which you do not get so much in DA:I.
Maybe instead of a King of the Hill mode, going with a Wave Mode would be more appealing to gamers. Similar to ME3, the maps would be more along the lines of one level in the current mode. As for effecting the single player campaign, that ship has sort of sailed - but was something I was hoping for originally when I heard Inquisition was going to have multiplayer; unlock new companions, armor, weapons, schematics, runes, etc. for single player and I think it would have been highly successful. As for the characters, well...when you have only two types of weapon styles per class it tends to be tedious despite the uniqueness of each character themselves.

I like the wave idea very much and i do like the king of the hill idea. But not sure they could make king of the hill work but definitely want to see that wave idea.

Demolition:
Race: male dwarf
Personality: crazy like a mad hatter and has a really warped view of things. Think of the dwarf demo from the awakening expansion of dao but slighty more nuts.
slow or average speed, able to use a variety of explosives, typically rockets, grenades, and mines.
"If the blast yield isn't big enough then you dont have a crazy enough dwarf"

Jack of trades:
Race: any but dwarf
Personality: Apostate mage dabbling in its abilities with great skill. Lived amongst bandits and a time among some elfs became very adapt at swords and bows as well.
(Good heart but will do what ever it takes to get the job done)
The Jack of All Trades: The Jack can do a little bit of everything, but not as well as any of the character classes that specialize in it. Theoretically, their flexibility makes them ideal for adapting to an unexpected situation.

Dragon knight:
Race: male/female human
Personality: Im sure bioware can find a pentaghast willing to take on the role. Could be a brave knight and honored to fight along the inquisitions.
The Dragon Knight: Other Names: Dragoon (though that term originally meant a mounted infantryman). A Fighter who either is in the employ of, powered by, owns, or who specializes in hunting, dragons. A Dragon Knight usually has a variety of extra abilities that mimic or relate to dragons in some way — flight or high jumping ability, fire breath, and dealing extra damage to dragons are all common. In many lucky circumstances, they may own a dragon as a pet ( a small one).

I really liked the idea with new combat modes, would've made the MP much less dull, at least for a while.
Darkspawn seem like a natural enemy type.
Would've been cool if there was a possibility to play as "evil" heroes vs "good" mobs. This would add tons of new enemy types and classes.
Classes: Red Templar classes (knight/horror/shadow/behemoth), venatori mages, blood mages, darkspawn(shrike, hurlock, ogre, emissary)
Enemies: Grey Wardens, Elves, Dwarwes (Legion of the dead)
Nice maps that would works either way: Fade, Deep roads
Also, another class idea, I've posted a few but they are scattered across different threads.
Seer - mage, support. Should be not very fun to play with a crappy team
. Zero direct damage dealing spells.
2 main ability trees: Divination and Telepathy
Telepathy actives:
Combat meditation - aoe buff. Any party member under this buff applies "exposed" status effect to the attacked target which increases damage taken from the next attack by a different character by 50% and lasts only a couple of seconds. With upgrade character detonating the "exposed" debuff also restores 10 mana/stamina.
Same target can not be affected by the "exposed" debuff more than once in a second.
Empathic link - can link two allies (including himself), two enemies or an ally and an enemy. In case of ally and enemy all damage taken by the ally is also dealt to the enemy. In case of two enemies they both take damage whenever one of them is damaged. In case if two allies they both share any healing received. Upgrade: Mind link - all positive status effects are also shared between linked allies.
Void mind - seer temporarily generates no aggro at all. With upgrade also drops all already gained aggro.
Hypnosis - Charm a targeted enemy for a short duration. Upgrade stuns the enemy after charm duration ends.
Divination actives:
Rewrite fate - cancels damage the target has taken during last 5 seconds and removes all negative status effects with upgrade
Perfect premonition - all damage dealt by the target is reduced to 0 for 3 seconds. Same target can not be affected by the spell more than once in 10 seconds. With upgrade all attacks against the affected target by any team member generate 10% guard
Doom - Doubles critical chance against the target. Removes all elemental resistances with upgrade.
Guide - +15% critical chance and +50% critical damage with upgrade for allies in the area.

In regards to armor here are the kind of armors you guys should be going for. Atm they look like there in rags or ice skates on there head. But these are the kind of armors people want to see powerful yet good looking.
