BW, a couple of things since the XB1 Dec15-14 patch:

 

 

MP - Banter triggering

- It's actually gotten a bit worse.  I was playing Archer yesterday, and he spoke the same line litterally 3 times in a row, back to back.

 

 

MP - Exit Mission: Lock Up

- During a mission in the Orlesian Chateau I managed to jump over a ledge, and then become stuck between a potted tree and a statue.  I could not get out of the spot.  (BW, please make it so we can pass through plants at least)  Considering I was the host I had no choice but to exit the game.  As soon as I did though the game locked up.

Edit: Noted that what I mentioned here is regarding DAMP, but definitely post whatever bugs you find DASP or DAMP.

I posted it in another topic, butI'll add it here.  I saw that during Iron Bull's friendship mission on the Storm Coast, the character Gaat dropped out of the cutscene where you make the Big Choice. Additionally the boats in the cut scenes as well as the coast itself do not properly load.
