i know everyone is having this issue...i put my codes for inferno and collectors armor but i cant DL them on my xbox...
my EA/Bioware email is the same as my gamertag email so what gives?
please give me a straight answer so i can get on with this awesome adventure!

I've had no problem myself.
What i've done was after selecting the downloads & putting them in active downloads I went to my xbox dashboard
I've successfully downloaded the Normandy crash site, Blood Dragon armor, Terminus Gear & Collectors Gear

i redeem the code and then it said download and i did but then it said i need mass effect 2 installed on my computer when i have mass effect 2 for my xbox 360 so what do i do now

I screwed up too. I put in my regular email in here instead of my .live address (which I have NEVER used or even opened). I don't think I can even change it. I just chalked it up to "Oh, well" and moved on. But if this bites me in the butt for some time now I may be angry lol.
