Don't do this. There is little Bioware can do to fix the problem. This is EA server issues. And EA currently is the only ones who can fix this. Call EA: 1-650-628-1001

What will bugging some poor receptionist at Bioware do? How about grow up and stop whining like a little kid. If you have a tech problem ask on here or call EA support who get paid to listen to your crap. Being harassed by idiots i'm pretty sure was not in the job description for the receptionist at Bioware.

Server issues have effected EA titles accross the board not just Bioware ones. This has nothing to do with Bioware but is an issue with the EA servers that deliver online content. You are not there to know what the problems they are having are so you'll just have to wait until it is fixed. And they are already fixing it no ammount of harassment calls will make that go any faster.

Because bioware doesn't give a **** about it's consumers or the game it puts out. If they did why would they have moved on to working on mass effect 3 when mass effect 2 still has all these problems. But of course I'm still going to end up buying mass effect 3
