My wife was just doing the ruined blade quest in the cradle. She had killed 3 of the 4 reverants. She spawned the fourth and ended up running away because she ran out of potions and was losing the fight. After the mobs reset she decided to leave the zone to sell and get potions before fighting the 4th reverant again. Now when she goes back to the zone she cannot respawn it to finish the quest. We have tried reloading, zoning, and progressing the story but nothing makes it so you can respawn the last reverant.
Ruined Blade quest broken.

yes... sadly i took about a month off and i see this issue STILL persists. i sadly did the EXACT same thing ur wife did 
. now i came back to kick ass and take names only to find the mob gone and no way to re summon..... i fought blood and nail to clear that zone "early" on nightmare, im guessing the weapon is nice 
and i cant get it because of this. fix plz!!!!
