I've found the spot on the map, but I can't find the item. Pinging goes into the rock behind the waterfall. I searched the entire rock wall and cannot seem to find a way up. Where's the item? Thanks!

It is the right spot but on the upper level. You can access it going through the Templar camp located there, iirc.
