I ordered the game before it came out, so how come I am not getting pre-order stuff? I noticed there are long sword schematics that are part of a 'special delivery' thing and I don't get those. What do I do to get them?

Assuming you got the deluxe edition, aside from the weapon you get during the intro (depending on class, 2 hd warriors get a sword and maul), you get the armour of the dragon (light, medium or heavy depending on class) in the little chest in the cabin you wake up in haven. You get the various mounts though the war table missions and you get the throne, the weapon and armour schematics in the little chest when you reach Skyhold, in the Undercroft.
