i forgot to say... i already entrer the code, the game will ask for it when i reinstall?

thats the problem i'm having legion1986, the game asks for the code but not for my login details. the code has already been used of course so it requests that you buy another... and i dong get given an option to simply login....

well i figured out my problem, under options -> online, auto login to EA was enabled. with it turned off and the game restarted, i could, finally, ****ing enter my goddamn login details. pretty stupid having it turned on as default though, without ever having logged in

Tried to log in manually, and it still says my account is already in use. What put me in this pickle is my son logged into his steam account on my computer, and when I went back to my steam account, I couldn't reconnect to the cerberus network. Looking over the forum I still havn't found a solution to thes mess up. I don't even see EA or BioWare moderators responces, only a bunch of gib gab.

Also had this problem, tubs out hadn't set Firewall tooo allow ME2 acces to network.

ok so my problem is i used my cerberus code on the site that was with the game ME2 to unlock the free downloadable stuff then i put in my account info in game at the cerberus network then i put in my cerberus code i used on the site because i dont have any other code and then it says "invalid code is already in use" it porbably said that because i used it on the site but how do i need to unlock the downloadable stuff then this is really anoying anyone could help me pls ?

Using periods [.] should be mandatory. If i can't understand what exactly your asking, it kinda defeats the purpose of the effort involved in asking and trying to adequately respond.

The first thing i can suggest is registering the game (ME2) using your BSN account...try using the same account that you used to unlock the the Cerberus code. Now, scroll over "Profile" on the left side of your screen and select "Your registered game promotions". All Cerberus DLC that you unlocked should be located on this list - you can then download it manually from that list and install it, assuming you have the game installed. This is all assuming you have the PC version of the game. If nothing is listed on that list, or you arn't asking about the PC version of the game, or if this info is somehow not helpful, it would probably be best for you to then just contact EA Support expressing your complications - be sure to use periods!
