I enjoyed Dragon Age Origins. The characters & their interactions with one another really brought the game to life in a way many games have not. I was however dissapointed with the first DLC - Warden's Keep, Return to Ostagar has been delayed nearly a month after its due date & now I am already being spammed with advertisements to purchase the upcoming expansion?
I'm no economist but during a recession it might not be in Bioware's best interest to rush out an expansion only a few months after the release of the original game, when content that is supposedly only 1 hour long has been delayed almost a month & many minor issues exist even today in the original game that have not been addressed...
Dragon Age Origins Awakening - Pre-order already being advertised?

I find it odd that people complain about a company making extra content. If you're worried that they're doing it too quickly and it won't be quality, keep in mind they've already got the engine and know how to use it now. It should take them a significantly smaller amount of time to complete the expansion than the original. Also keep in mind, they've most likely been working on it since before DA:O was even released.
RtO is a special case, where they had problems during testing. I don't see how that effects Awakening at all.
