I can confirm that this is an issue on PS4. I'm pretty sure it affects all of the platforms but as it is random in nature it may be more noticeable for some players depending on the variables.

Honestly would love to hear bioware defend their QA now -.- this is an EASILY repeatable bug that is INTRINSIC to the new content. This really shows how far bioware has fallen after the departure of their key members.

heh, I was pleasantly surprised by a bear as well on a mission. reaver face-rolling through a pack of venatori and a bear rampages in and takes 3x 1k dragon rages and is still standing. I was mentally stunned for a few seconds, nothing non-boss lives that usually. so the bear proceeds to show me its bear rage and makes me eat a potion.

PS4, Zone 4, Red Templars, Elven Ruins, Threatening, Katari (me), elementalist, hunter, necromancer.
Hunter is dead/fade. Second to last enemy killed was a big fire demon, last enemy killed was one of those jumpy twin blade ninja things.
No other enemies, but door "needs a key".
Host quit, i restart Zone 4 from the start solo, clear the map while others join, door unlocks.

It's game of the year just because Ubisoft is too focused on quantity instead of quality. No AAA titles this year beside AC:U, F4, Watch Dogs, some FPS bs that i won't touch with 3m stick and DS:2 that is only for hardcore gamers. MGS:V comes today and THIS is game of the year (i hope so).

Hay, a hippo is a very dangerous animal. It kills more people in Africa than crocodiles per year. It has an average land speed of 50-60 km/hr.

Well, I just encountered this bug on my 4th game of the night. Threatening, demons, stage 4. Last group of enemies was a bunch of demons with some deepstalkers, demons were last to be killed. No key.

I am lead to believe this deepstalker is the one "not dropping the key" in this game. Made partially visible with Horror, else invisible. Cannot be killed as reported AoE nothing.

My group played several games on threatening last night and it only happened to us once when hyena's spawned behind us and were the last to be killed. The problem cannot be just that however because the same thing happened in another game and the key dropped without issue.

I noticed something interesting last night in a game where this bug occurred.
The stage was a escort mission and all the mobs were killed yet no key dropped. After a while I went to the character selection screen to vote to kick the host since they didn't seem to realize they needed to quit to change the host so the rest of us could progress and I noticed that the mission objective (at the top left of that screen) said "recover the heirlooms"...
Maybe there is a glitch where the game is assigning the wrong objective to be completed for the stage and when it isn't completed (in this case no heirlooms to collect and an escort mission instead) The game doesn't register that the objective is complete and the door remains locked.
I will wait until it happens again and see if the same thing occurs next time
