Necro. Mofo you may want to consider removing the DLC [if you're on pc.] If you aren't, there's nothing to do sadly.

Ah that's crap.
The current theories on the key glitch and sort-of solutions:
- It's to do with poor connections between the host / other players, causing the game to not register the death of an enemy across all players [You can try to remedy this by hosting yourself]
- It's to do with the newer monsters not registering as dead [nothing to be done, except try to avoid killing dlc monsters last, which may help]
- It's to do with the newer monsters not spawning in a killable location [nothing to be done]
- It's linked to certain skills - like firestorm [avoid using ele]
- There's an unknown factor that caused it to occur pre-dlc as well [no-one even knows what this is.]
As for black screens, IDK if this applies to ps4 version but apparently the game has issues with memory leaking. Refresh the game after every few games and it may help to alleviate the problem. But I'm not sure if this is just a PC thing. Maybe turn down the graphic settings [this helped me on PC, despite my FPS being strong on high.] If you can, again not sure if thats possible on console.
