I uninstalled the game. At this rate, we won't get any game-changing content for MP for the next several months. I'm not waiting for that to happen.

 

MP has no progression, no rewards. It's buggy. Why should I even play?

I actually laugh out loud anytime I manage to knockdown more than 3 enemies with a single use of Charging Bull. No other reward is needed.

At least on ME3MP they started adding new content regularly after launch. One month after DAMP launch and all we get is "DLC"s full of bugs

U can do nothing when at the end of 4th stage u kill all normal mobs just to get wave of 10-12 wolves. U have to kill animal as last minion and loose all XP and patience.

 

LOVE IT!!! Hotfix incoming in month, can we predict what bug will be then? I guess that killing a goldpot will occur in Error 404.

If you wanted to quit, the man up and just quit without asking for attention. If someone actually cares about you quitting, such as your friends, then PM them. I can assure you that the rest of us in general will not care.

I don't get it. Why are people bashing a person who has a legitimate reason to be frustrated with the game. Granted it wasn't the best way to convey it, but clearly you can see he is pretty disgruntled.

 

I have had a terrible experience with MP yesterday. Almost 4/5 games I would fail to join a game. And of the games that I managed to play 1/5 would crash into the desktop without any error message (most of which was already in the 5th area). Not to mention the horrible lag and rubberbanding in-game. Tell me that that isn't frustrating?

 

 

Some of the remarks I see in this thread really disappoint me.

Is this really what gamers/customers expect from games these days? Is this the standard the new generation is setting? We already have the rampant proliferation of alpha/early access games. Now I'm seeing precedent of old-fashion financed project going into market as retail release, when it feels very much like an alpha/beta game (in DA:I, the pc version).

Oh sorry, I was under the impression this was a quitting thread, not just a vanilla complaint thread.

I'm pretty sure he is getting bashed for attention whoring, not complaining.

We can all agree the game is buggy and in need of fixes. Some of us handle it by shouldering our disappointment, others prefer to vent their frustrations on the board. Two sides, same coin.

The guy paid for his game. Let him express his mind out, when leaving the game. People feel better when they let out some steam. He hasn't attacked anyone. Remember, expressing frustration in the public forum also sends a message to the developer. At the same time it is also an indication of the person hopes that the game improves in the future. Finally, MP is a free extra option that was added at the 11th hour of the game dev cycle. Unless he has dropped $50 on platinum on MP then NO, he has not paid for this aspect of the game. Lots of people ha preorders in only expecting a SP game.

PS: whatver your objective in this thread is, OP will continue to get ridiculed. People like OP don't post with hope of a better future game, they post to explode some of their virulent negativity out online and get some desperately needed attention. Hence most peoples low regard in their replies to OP

Even if close to reality and understandable from devs point of view, or rather Public Relations department view, it is poor excuse not to engage with community/customers on regular bases. Feedback is everything because how else could they design games people like and buy? I loath this policy despite I understand it. They do not need to face and answer unpleasant questions, on top of 99 ridiculous ones. Intellectual honesty? Forget about it.

Fair point. I did mention "Granted it wasn't the best way to convey it, but clearly you can see he is pretty disgruntled." But really who could be pitted to the highest standard of "best"? We can't just make judgement on one post, which IMO had reasonable amount of details to discern where the heated OP came from. As a reader who is less emotional than the OP, I can see it, so I won't prod him into even more frustration. Afterall, in real life do you mock a person who is clearly agitated? I won't force him to find a better way of expressing it, because he has not personally attacked anyone.

I dind't miss it. I saw it, but didn't bring it up, because I was refering to his OP. If you follow the chain of event, you will that some guy initiated the attack, not him. But I'm not here to defend the OP. I'm just expressing that as readers with less emotion attached to the thread, we can at least provide some consoling rather than mockery and insults.

What are you on about? Multiplayer was an advertised part of the game. If they hadn't included it, I and many others wouldn't have bought the game at full price. Everybody who paid for this game also paid for the multiplayer aspect.

It's like the only thing I play in this game anymore;

the campaign isn't something i want to go through again entirely under a new class/race.

I recommend Arcane Warrior for anyone who is having a hard time in MP.

Also, even if it's bugged it's still new content; they added expansions to each map as well don't forget that.
