Ive become a little confused on how this works. Does the 35% bonus only apply on Barriers created by whoever has the passive, or any barriers created in general? 

 

In other words if i Solos has this passive and is in my party, will the 35% bonus apply to the Barrier created by say a KE's Fade Shield?

Wording of the passive seems to indicate that if Solas has it and is in your party, everyone in the party benefits from it's effect.
