Same order. The areas that you have to go in terms of story have the lower level requirements since not all players will be leveling up much and progress should still be possible for them.

i usually go to the western approach before crestwood, as some of the specialization quests require some materials from there.... knight enchanter requires lazurite, and assassin requires deathroot.
